The beauty of Palestine

The most beautiful thing in Palestine is the people.

Jamal, for example, opened up his home for us the first time we met, and gave us tee, coffee and cakes.


These beautiful girls are all his daughters.

When you have had enough of concrete walls, fences with barbed wires, checkpoints and armed soldiers, it's nice to have a look at the flowers.

What does the donkey think about the occupation?

The strawberries smell and taste better than any strawberries I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, the Palestininans are not allowed to export any goods at all, which means it's hard to get the economy going. But the berries are still wonderful.
